Additionally, Reviewly provides listings of business types, along with their categories and subcategories, to help users easily navigate and find relevant businesses.

• Business owners must have a valid business profile on one of our supported websites.

• Customers must create an account to submit reviews.

• Customers: You are responsible for the content of the reviews you post. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on your own experience.

Reviews and Content

• Reviews are user-generated content and reflect the opinions of the users who post them, not Reviewly.

• We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

• Businesses may request review removal under specific conditions, but Reviewly reserves the final decision on whether a review will be deleted.

Platform Features

Reviewly provides:

• Business profile creation and management for verified owners.

We may update or change features at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Reviewly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Reviewly is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or for decisions made based on such content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewly and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm Reviewly or its users.
